The motto of the Association of Master Chefs of France is “to preserve, advance and perpetuate the tradition of great French cuisine.”Dynamic promoters of French culinary art the association promotes professional excellence through numerous national and international cooking competitions and awards exceptional chefs with the designation of Master Chef of France. One of the most sought after designations in the culinary world, the number of chefs who have obtained the Master Chef title is approximately 200 worldwide.
